Kyle Thompson didn’t stumble into the trades—he was raised in them. Starting at age 12, he worked alongside his father Tim at T. Thompson Trenchless & Hydro Jetting launched in early 2024 after Kyle identified a pattern of unmet needs throughout the southeast Michigan drain plumbing industry: property destruction through unnecessary excavation, temporary fixes masking deeper problems, and recommendations driven by revenue rather than results.
